In the center is a chest, through a fire maze however you won't be set on fire unless you jump onto the flames, which contains military loot. It is very near to the unfinished Shrine of the Dusk just a 30 second walk to the north west. There are no or very little other players here due to the camp's remote location. Although it's unknown if the giant spawns from the chest a giant will spawn however it can be very easy to escape without fighting him by climbing the hill and shift walking away.
